This privacy statement becomes effective when you visit our website or use our services.

Yandex

XMBO uses Yandex Metrica to gain insight into the use of the website and for user optimization. Yandex places cookies on our website. These cookies collect pseudo-anonymous personal data from visitors and make recordings of visits. This data is stored in Yandex for up to 2 weeks. Our employees or an involved service provider can view and use this personal information. In The privacy policy of Yandex you can find information about the security of your personal data.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter. In our newsletter we inform you about news regarding our services. You can subscribe to our newspaper on our website via the form on the contact page and via the sell your stocklots to XMBO on the home page. The following personal data is processed for our newspaper:

• Name

• Email
• Phone number

Your personal data will only be added to the list of recipients when you granted permission. You grant permission by clicking on a link in the email which you receive immediately when you register for the newsletter. Both XMBO and involved employees of engaged service providers can access these personal data. You will receive a newsletter once or twice a month on average. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter itself. We use Mailchimp to send the newsletter and share your personal data. If you want to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in contact form, we need the following personal information from you:

In this way we can maintain contact with you. We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When a contact enquiry has been completed, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 1 year. If the contact enquiry led to a sale/purchase, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 5 years.

Sell your stocklots to XMBO

If you have stocklots, which you would like to sell to XMBO, you could fill in the sell your stocklots to XMBO form (which you could find on the homepage and at the bottom of the contact page).

This way we can assess whether we  would like to buy stocklots from you. If you would like to buy stocklots from XMBO, you could fill in the buy stocklots form at the website.

Create my account

If you would like the say the current offers of XMBO, you need to have a my account. You can request a my account at the website of XMBO. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in form, we need the following personal information from you: 

• Name
• Company
• Email

This way we can assess whether you will get access to the current offers. We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When my account is inactive for 2 years, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 1 year. If you will not receive a my account, your personal data will be removed by us and third parties within a year. 

Contact form stocklots

If someone in the my account environment is interested in certain stocklots, (s)he can get into contact with XMBO via the contact form in my contact to buy the stocklots. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in contact form, we need the following personal information from you:

• Subject
• Message

In this way we can maintain contact with you. We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When a contact enquiry has been completed, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 1 year. If the contact enquiry led to a sale/purchase, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 5 years.

Data from children under 16 years 

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect personal data about visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission of parents or guardian. We can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of personal data about children without parental consent. We will delete this information. 

View, amend or delete data 

You have the right to see, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by XMBO. Also you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we have about you, to you or another organization mentioned by you. If you want to send a written request for:

XMBO has no influence on the use of data by Social Media. Data from Google Analytics and Yandex do not allow us to obtain traceable personal data, nor can we change this data for you. We would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
